In this post, I will show you how to see what font you used after welding it in Cricut Design Space. It’s easier than you think!
If you’re anything like me, you’re constantly finding new fonts that you just HAVE to have in your collection. And while I love having a huge variety of fonts to choose from, there’s one downside. I can hardly ever remember which font I used!
Sure, I can always open up the last project I used it on and hope it hasn’t been welded. However, unless I had the forethought to keep a “copy” of the word unwelded that isn’t a reliable option.
There are apps that can scan the font in an image and give you similar fonts. But those aren’t always reliable either.
So what do you do to determine what font was used in the welded word in Cricut Design Space?
OK, I am about to blow your mind.
There’s an easy way to find out what font you used after welding in Cricut Design Space. All you need to do is click on the welded object, go to it in the layers panel, and right click, then go to “image Info” a small flyout will appear showing you the name of the font that was used!
So the next time you’re trying to remember which font you used for that project, just hop into Cricut Design Space and take a look. No more wasted time flipping through fonts trying to find the right one!
